What we provide
- Soil preparation: Including working the soil, application of cured compost and soil amendments, as determined by a professional soil analysis. Soil amendments used to build up soil fertility or adjust soil pH will come from natural organic sources (such as alfalfa meal for nitrogen).
- Seeds and seedlings: Your choice of vegetable, herb, and flower plants based on your family’s tastes and desires.
- Plant supports: Trellises, stakes, twine, etc.
- Irrigation system: Installation of a drip irrigation system, including timer.
- Weekly visits: Maintenance of your organic garden, inspection for pests and disease, and weeding.
- Harvesting: We pick the ripe vegetables and herbs from your garden and leave them at your door during our weekly visits.
- Service: We are always available during the season to address questions and concerns.
- Garden Coaching: If you would like to learn how to care for the garden yourself, we can design a package that includes soil preparation, garden infrastructure, plants, and monthly consultations to help guide you through the growing season.
